Kindly familiarize yourself with Alice and Rabbit’s TERMS and CONDITIONS for a hassle-free transaction.

PRODUCTS:

1. All items are authentic.

2. All items sold are non-refundable and are non-exchangeable.

3. All vials and blister packages are sealed and in perfect condition prior to shipment to client.

4. The client has 48 hours or 2 days upon receiving the items to check the contact lens for correct color/model and defects. The vial and blister packaging are transparent. Any defect with the contact lens will be visible. Alice and Rabbit agrees to replace the faulty contact lens ONLY IF THE VIALS or BLISTER PACKAGING ARE UNOPENED. The client agrees to shoulder the shipping fees.

ORDERING/PAYMENT:

The order form is a contract between the client and Alice and Rabbit with the following conditions:

1. The client must fill out the order form completely and accurately.

2. Upon receiving an order form, a confirmation email will be sent to the client to settle the payment/deposit within 3 days as follows:

• For ON-HAND/DIRECT transactions a 100% payment is required to process the order.

• For PRE-ORDER transactions a 50% down payment is required to process the order.


Pre-ordering may take 2-3 weeks to arrive after the closing date. Upon payment or deposit, the client agrees to the said waiting period. Please do not order if you cannot wait as there are times when due to unavoidable circumstances, the arrival of items are delayed. If you are planning to use to contacts for cosplay/conventions it is recommended that you place your order 1 month in advance in relation to the cosplay/convention date.


3. The client agrees to pay the appropriate amount within 3 days of placing an order, otherwise the order will be considered invalid.

4. The client will inform Alice and Rabbit if payment has been made. Please keep the payment receipts and note the time of payment.

5. The client will be informed of the arrival of goods. A shipment date will be scheduled within 3-5 days. The client agrees to pay the remaining balance (if any) before the said shipment date. If a client fails to settle the full amount he/she is given an additional 2 days extension. Once the extension has lapsed, the contract of sale is considered canceled. The deposit made and the item will remain the property of Alice and Rabbit.

5. Reservation of ON-HAND items is time-limited up to 48 hours only.


SHIPMENT and DELIVERY

1. Shipment of ON-HAND items will be done after complete payment has been received. Alice and Rabbit will ship the item/s within 24-48 hours of full payment

2. Shipment schedule of PRE-ORDER items will be sent via email to the clients. The clients must settle the whole balance before the said shipment date.

3. Tracking Numbers will be sent through EMAIL.

4. Any delays in shipment by the courier is beyond the control of Alice and Rabbit.

5. No delivery on Sunday and Holidays.

Alice and Rabbit reserves the right to change these terms of sale without notice in relation to future sales.
